Kaiser loves watching the The Dog Whisperer on the National Geographic Channel. We don’t know if he can actually see the dogs on the TV, but he must hear the barking and think that, somehow, there’s a dog trapped in the strange box in our living room.
We’ve posted a video of our Schnauzer’s reaction to the show. He stands against the entertainment center and paws at the tv screen as if he can get their attention. Sometimes I feel sorry for him, he wants to be a part of the show so badly!!
Here’s an expert opinion on whether or not dogs can watch tv.

My mini schnauzer loves the dog whisperer too!! It is so funny, whenever I turn it on, it grabs his attention!! I really think he can see the dogs because he will start watching it even when it is on mute! He also loves to watch dog shows! So funny!!! I have a pic of him watching the dog whisperer! Nobody believes me though!!
