Dog Fancy magazine recently named San Diego among the top dog-friendly cities in the nation. Readers were asked to provide nominations for their top choice of cities based on multiple criteria, including availability of dog parks, canine events, veterinarian services, pet supply stores, and pet protection regulations, among other things. San Diego is no stranger the the title of ‘DogTown USA’ as they were ranked #1 in 2007. So, if your pooch has yet to enjoy the San Diego sun, it’s about time you sent them on vacation! Come to think of it, I DO see a lot of dogs in San Diego! Well I guess a dog can enjoy the sunshine and beaches as well as any human! thanks for posting the article, very interesting!!
