A Schnauzer photo shoot was arranged by professional photographer Peggy Mundell of DogBreedz for submission to Dog Fancy magazine. Schnauzer owners in San Diego met at the Grape Street Dog Park on Saturday morning to have their pooch take a picture with Peggy. She was very friendly and great at managing the dogs. We took some pictures of the Schnauzers that attended. Kaiser was more than excited to meet Bela, Molly, Oliver, and Diego.

Thanks Angie, I’m glad you like the blog. Bella was a great role model for Kaiser. You can tell she is the only one really focused while sitting on the bench.

Hello I am Diego’s mommy. We love the web site and the photos that you took from the big shoot for Dog Fancy magazine. Diego has a way to go on training, but nonetheless we had a great time at this park (first time for us) and going a little hollywood with our pets. Kaiser is absolutely adorable. In fact we loved all the different looking Schnauzers. Hopefully they all make the cut.

I’m thrilled to find this website with the photo shoot of the delightful Schnauzers! We have two 10 month old black mini’s who have added tremendous affection and fun to our home, along with many 4 AM outings(burr!!) Training going really well. They are very vocal, due to a talkative “mom” We have been loving Schnauzer owners for 30 years

Great photos – they really show the fun we had that morning! I was so focused on my striking subjects that I didn’t realize you had a camera out as well (grin). Paws crossed that the mag picks some of my pix up for August. I sure appreciate all the Schnauzers coming out to play. Let Kaiser know that I’ve added his page to my “favorite places” on my photo blog.

I just stumbled across your website and I think it is AWESOME. I also live in San Diego with my two minis Alex and Cotton. I would have loved to known about the photo shoot. One of my ladies is quite the diva and I think she would have had a blast! How can I keep informed about Schnauzer happenings in SD?

I was wondering where you got Diego. He is so beautiful and has a different look than most other schnauzers! I’m not sure if it’s his cut or just him, but I would LOVE to have a schnauzer that looks like him. So, if you wouldn’t mind sharing the name of his breeder, I would greatly appreciate it!!
